We have installed and connected to the network electricity producing roof solar panels, as well as a sizeable solar water heater. All generators used in the house are inverters including the Air conditioners, hence minimizing consumption.
Our property is grade A++ insulated and a fully energy sufficient Solar House. The Best certified materials have been used in the process of renewal, paying attention not only to the quality of living they will provide, but also to have an overall +ve energy footprint.
As a result, we are proud that Morea Club’s “West House” produces and releases in the system way more energy than the one used even at full occupancy!
We have used Caparol Products for both our Insulated Façade as well as all the house paints. Cararol Paints are E.L.F. plus products:
• Emission minimised and solvent-free
• Free of fogging-active substances
• Water-thinnable, ecologically compatible, low odour
• Plasticizer-free.
The result is esthetically pleasing and blends perfectly with the existing surroundings!
